Anyone else find it weird that there are ZERO mentions in Wikipedia of the stock options backdating scandal that took place at Apple? I’d hate to rely on the old standby vast-Apple-cultist-conspiracy theory, but don’t you think Apple or even at least Steve Jobs would have some kind of mention? [Update: looks like Steve has a little bit in there after all! Not entirely sure when that got added.] One of the most significant tech industry corruption stories in recent memory, and even former-CFO Fred Anderson’s Wiki page doesn’t explicitly mention the scandal (just that he “resigned from Apple’s board following a three month investigation into Apple’s stock option practices”). Thankfully at least a couple of Wikipedians are talking about it… but just a couple.
