On AOTS again
Was on tonight’s Attack of the Show. I hear Schlomo says I need to smile more. Don’t you people under stand? That IS my happy face. You should see me when I’m serious.
*Note, more smiling on TV.

@ryanchris wow. Most importantly, glad you're okay, but wow.

@ellenleeonline wow, what were you thinking with this hed and lede? http://t.co/hGP1tWn5

As stoked as I am to be advising @getftw, I'm even more stoked about the new site and the upcoming product itself! http://t.co/odVM2EU1

@hybridZer0 interesting!
Feb 7
@danielaugustine trying not to build this system in PHP if we can help it!
Feb 7
@ceedub yeah, talking tens of millions of requests per day from just one partner, it's a little daunting.
Feb 7
@ceedub er, I should say, one of our partners (not one client). So we need to get their request flood to play a little nicer.
Feb 7
@ceedub hard to expain in 140. Basically our API uses POST instead of GET for some things, and one client generates a LOT of requests.
Feb 7
@majornelson tell [P] of @paulandstorm that @Veronica and I had some huckleberries this morning, and they were still quite delicious.
Feb 7
@davidltaylor peeping, thanks! Sounds like Varnish may be it, unless we do something entirely custom...
You should smile more. It suits you better.
Damn, this means I’m going to have to end my G$ and AOTS boycot. Of course this boycot did not apply the X-Play.
Did I hear Veronica is going to be on todays show?
Yeah, she should be on today’s show!
Ok, to help you out, as I do work in film/video, I will give you Smile Lessons.
It starts with a bottle of whiskey.
Solid content as always. I will say that it does seem like you are always serious, even on TWIT. You did lighten up on the Engadget podcast, though, so we know you are not always just ticked off about something! :0)
When people try to smile they end up looking creepy. I can imagine after every sentence a smile pops up out of no where.
Remember Ryan NO smile is better than creepy one!
Video rentals is serious business, but maybe a little wink and a nod would have been cool at the end of the interview.
