Doogie Howser: kid, doctor, original blogger

Doogie blogger
We were at the “Bloggers who made it” panel at SXSW today, when a revelatory moment came up during Q&A. We all knew Doogie was a forerunner in the burgeoning field of children-doctors, but few remember that he was actually the first blogger way back in ’89. Seriously, way ahead of his time.

@ceedub yeah, talking tens of millions of requests per day from just one partner, it's a little daunting.

@ceedub er, I should say, one of our partners (not one client). So we need to get their request flood to play a little nicer.

@ceedub hard to expain in 140. Basically our API uses POST instead of GET for some things, and one client generates a LOT of requests.
